"I love people and believe everyone deserves to be treated well, and I have three young children whom I have a chance to help mold into people who can make a difference in the future. I want my daughters to know that the world is their oyster, and their dad cares about equal rights for women. I want my son to see through me that men should be an ally for women, and respect them at all times. I want them all to appreciate, respect, and love all people, not just those who look like them." - Jamie Waters, Project Engineer, Southern Company
