“Being intentional in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion is the key to having success in business and in our communities. As a leader, I believe in fostering an environment that champions providing opportunities for all people, regardless of race or gender, and being intentional in providing opportunities for women to be successful in roles previously dominated by men. Whether it’s on a playing field or in a board room, including and celebrating different races, genders, and points of view helps to bring us all closer together.” Joe Hampton, President, Spire Alabama and Mississippi
